Project COURAGE is a Matrix Fitness initiative empowering students and professionals at the 107 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to explore fitness-related fields and develop relevant skills. The acronym COURAGE (Creating Opportunities for the Under Represented through Authenticity Generosity and Engagement) represents our dedication to increasing awareness of opportunities and ultimately elevating the voices of HBCU students and professionals in the health and wellness industry.

The application for Project COURAGE's second scholarship season is now open and will remain open for the duration of October. Four scholarships will be awarded in December 2024.

Sprint 8 Workshop Virtual Certification

December 3 - 4, 2024

Sprint 8 is a high intensity sprint interval program that gives you a complete cardio workout in just 20 minutes. Attendees will learn how to deliver the program, the science behind it, and be eligible for CECs.
